Care Coordinator VACANCY FILLED
To support the Registered Manager & Care Manager to have overall responsibility for the efficient and smooth running of the operations and growth work within the requirements of the Health and Social Care Act, the Working Time Directive and the accompanying Regulations and Essential Standards of Quality and Safety. Responsible for assisting as required with any personnel related matters as designated by the Registered Manager, Care Manager & Directors, to include recruitment and monitoring of branch staff compliance in accordance with criteria laid down by the both the Company and the Regulator, and to monitor the quality of the service provided. Responsible for allocation and deployment of staff to ensure effective rostering. Manage any form of sickness / absence and any other duties as identified by the Registered Manager, Care Manager & Directors. To deputise for the Registered Manager or Care Manager in his / her absence.
From £24,000 per annum Full Time
Working pattern of either Saturday - Wednesday or Wednesday to Sunday
Travel time paid
Variable mileage rate 25p - 45p per mile
