Community Care Worker
As a community care worker you will be the face of Access Dignity Care providing essential domiciliary care to local service users throughout the community. This exciting and rewarding role offers flexible working hours and a wide range of benefits.
Working within the community and supporting a wide range of service users, this role offers freedom and flexibility as no two days are the same. Providing personal care, meal preparation, attending to medication needs and providing companionship are just some of the activities you will complete on a daily basis. Our visits offer a blend of singe and double handed care meaning your role will combine a mix of lone working and working with a care partner.
We welcome carers with all levels of experience. Senior carers will be fully supported to progress their career with advance NVQ/QCF qualifications as well as ongoing in house training. If you are new to care, our training centre and online training platform will provide everything you will need to be ready to care in the community.
Successful candidates should have a caring nature, be reliable and trust worthy, have a willingness to learn, and be a true team player.
