Access Dignity care are expanding and are now recruiting additional trainee and experienced care workers across the Tendring district, to join our community care work team.
We have Full and Part time care work job vacancies. Induction training, QCF qualifications, and Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care are available to all new employees.

Our Home Care service caters for the care needs of people and their families within the home environment, using care workers specifically chosen according to the needs of the client.

No experience is necessary to join our team. We provide all the relevant Community Care Worker training that you require, including:
- Full induction training prior to starting work
- Shadowing with an experienced staff member until you are ready
- QCF qualifications and apprenticeships available to all staff members
- Regular refresher training to ensure you’re kept up to date
