Team Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to join our established team as a Team Leader. The successful candidates will be required to support with the planning, assessment, direct care, and the building of new care runs which will be transferred to new recruits. The role will also require the completion of ongoing compliance in line with CQC KLOE’S and company policy and procedure. Successful candidates will need to have a flexible attitude towards duties and be able to manage their time effectively. Working alongside the care coordinator, registered manager, and back-office team, the successful applicant will support with both short notice and planned absence cover.
The successful candidate will work across varying areas, which will be limited to a geographically small area per day so not to incur unnecessary travel. Applicants must hold a full and valid driving licence and own vehicle. Mileage payments will be paid in addition to the salary payment.

Contracts available:
Full Time: 40 hours per week £24,000 per annum
Part Time: 20 hours per week £12,000 per annum

Care Worker - Clacton & Frinton

Care Worker - School Hours

Care Co Ordinator - Walton

To support the Registered Manager & Care Manager to have overall responsibility for the efficient and smooth running of the operations and growth work within the requirements of the Health and Social Care Act, the Working Time Directive and the accompanying Regulations and Essential Standards of Quality and Safety.  Responsible for assisting as required with any personnel related matters as designated by the Registered Manager, Care Manager & Directors, to include recruitment and monitoring of branch staff compliance in accordance with criteria laid down by the both the Company and the Regulator, and to monitor the quality of the service provided.  Responsible for allocation and deployment of staff to ensure effective rostering. Manage any form of sickness / absence and any other duties as identified by the Registered Manager, Care Manager & Directors.  To deputise for the Registered Manager or Care Manager in his / her absence.

  • Salary £19,000 - £24,000 per annum Full Time
  • Working pattern of either Saturday - Wednesday or Wednesday to Sunday

Care Worker - Non Drivers

Non-drivers, get “on your bike” or join our double up runs. Access Dignity Care have limited roles available for non-drivers! Working exclusively across Clacton, Frinton & Walton, you will be providing a high level of care to our service users in their homes. Double up partners work closely together meaning teamwork is essential whilst bikers are also paid a mileage rate!

  • Salary £10 - £10.50 per hour
  • Travel time paid
  • Cycle mileage rate 15p per mile

Care Worker - Witham & Halstead
